Twelve years building businesses. The recent stretch has been spent building AI automation for agencies and operators, which mostly means finding out which parts of the promise hold up under a real client deadline and which quietly do not.
That filtering is the entire value of this course. Anyone can list what the tooling can do. The useful information is which of it survives contact with a real workflow, and what it costs when it breaks at the wrong moment.
The training is deliberately small and deliberately live. Both of those cost more to deliver than a recorded course, and both exist because they are the difference between people leaving inspired and people leaving with something running.

Applied to your work, or it does not count
Exercises on a fake project teach you the fake project. Everything here runs against something you actually own, which is the only version that survives contact with Monday.
Autonomy beats intelligence
A clever system you have to supervise is not leverage, it is a second job. The material biases hard toward things that keep working when nobody is watching.
Say the unflattering part
Where a free resource is genuinely better, you get told. Trust built by overselling collapses the first time someone checks.
Small rooms
Twenty seats, not two hundred. A cohort you cannot interrupt is a video with extra steps.

Claude Academy is independent. It is not operated, endorsed, or reviewed by Anthropic, and it says so in the footer of every page. Anthropic publishes their own free courses and documentation, both of which are good, and you should use them. This is a different product: live, small, and applied to your own work.
